Target Accelerators

I initially jumped onboard at Periscope to build this brand in a hybrid role as UXD / CD. The strategy director and I spent a number of weeks living and breathing this relatively new Target program onsite by shadowing and interviewing the architects and participants before transitioning to the creative phase.

We did the identity, web and print design, experiential / booth design, in addition to consulting the internal team on how to build the system that intakes and screens applicants, and onboards chosen participants for each cohort.
