The Barbatsis family brought this 90 year old log cabin back to life in 1997 with their signature mix of modern American cuisine combined with a traditional Greek and Mediterranean fare. And the term ‘hideaway’ isn’t just a cute moniker - this place is literally off the beaten path, tucked into the woods above the iconic Stillwater bluffs. Which worked well for the regulars. But what about the rest of us?
