As the Brand Strategy Chair on the Board of Directors, my first task was to sort out two decades of short-term decision making. It was a wildly tangled mess, to say the least. So I assembled a small task force of makers to sort out the rats nest behind the scenes while refreshing the brand on the front end.

The result was a much simpler, more approachable experience for producers and users alike. And, with a newly-minted CMS / CRM system running just below the surface, we’re able to support the organization’s revitalized membership strategy with ease, while supporting the community with increased event content across AdFed, Ad2, and The Show.
